What is an Open Edition?
An open edition is a print produced with no predetermined limit to the number of copies that might be made. We offer two print sizes as open editions (70 x 50 cm & 40 x 30 cm).

What is a Limited Edition?
A limited edition is a limited run of artwork which is numbered and signed by the artist. The limited number of prints in an edition yields a collectible piece of art. We currently offer three print sizes per image as limited editions. Once an edition sells out, it is closed forever and will no longer be available. In some cases, we will offer a special off-size run of a sold out edition.

Why are the large prints so expensive?
A lot of time and effort has gone into creating these prints and we only use material of the best quality. That in combination with them being printed in a limited number of copies make them expensive. But remember you will have something unique on your wall that only a few others also will.

Why do you charge tax on orders?
Swedish Tax Agency requires us to charge 25% VAT and we happily oblige.

Will there me more devices added in the future?
Yes. At the moment we have one more console in production that will be added in the near future. Depending on the demand we will also do additional ones.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Our fine art prints are made-to-order. Therefore, we do not accept returns. Prints may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery and must be returned unused and in all original packaging. We've gone to great lengths providing detailed product listings and visuals so our you know exactly what they're getting and will be happy when it arrives. Shipping is non-refundable.

Can I buy the prints framed?
No. We only ship the unframed prints. Remember to keep prints in their packaging until they can be framed.

How do you ship the prints?
All prints are carefully rolled in a tube and shipped via DPD. Limited edition tubes is shipped inside a box.

What if my print gets lost?
If you think your order is lost in the mail: Before contacting us, please contacted the shipping carrier—https://www.dpd.com—using the delivery confirmation number or the tracking info that was emailed to you. If after doing both, you think your order is lost in the mail, please contact us and make sure to include your order number. If we conclude that your order is lost after our own efforts to find it, we will replace your order.
